Getting to Swissotel

Located above one of Australia’s most iconic department stores and centrally positioned amongst Sydney’s prime tourist, shopping and entertainment districts including Westfield Sydney, Pitt Street Mall and Queen Victoria Building, Swissotel can be easily accessed by:

  • Train to St James Street Station. Take the Elizabeth Street exit towards Market Street and continue for 10 metres. Turn left onto Market Street and continue for 230 metres.
  • Train to Martin Place. Walk south on Castlereagh St towards King St for 350m, turn right onto Market St and continue for 200m.
  • Train to Town Hall. Take the underground walkway to George St. Walk north on George St towards Market St for 90m, then turn right onto Market St. Swissotel is on your left
  • Bus to David Jones, Castlereagh St. Walk north on Castlereagh St towards Market St for 60m, turn left onto Market St and continue for 200m.
  • Bus to QVB. Walk towards Market St, and turn onto Market St in the direction of the Sydney Tower Eye or Hyde Park. Swissotel is on your left.
  • Parking: Continue west on Market St towards George St, Turn right onto Kent St. Take the first left into Wilson Parking, 383 Kent St. Exchange your entry ticket for an exit ticket upon check-out at the hotel reception
  • From the airport (18 mins travel time): Go to the Sydney Airport Domestic or Airport International Train Station. Purchase a train ticket to St James Station and go to Platform 1. All trains from Platform 1 go to St James Station. Alight at St James station and take the Elizabeth Street exit towards Market Street and continue for 10 metres. Turn left onto Market Street and continue for 230 metres.
